McFall Fuel Netball Ambassador and Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic Captain Ameliaranne Ekenasio spoke at the McFall Fuel Sales Team Conference providing some really strong messages about Teamwork. Sales Team Manager, Todd Pelham said it was just perfect. “Ameliaranne covered the importance of values which are about the buy-in and the ability to use them as the foundation for change. At the same time, she said everyone having a voice in the Team was important along with knowing each other’s roles really well. When it came to process Ameliaranne’s use of ‘cleaning the floor’, in other words, an open and honest approach with each other is extremely important if you are going to move forward together as a team. It is all about being there for each other,” said Todd. “The two days were full on, and a lot of ground was covered with the Team and Ameliaranne’s words captured what we need to work hard on and achieve to be successful,” said Todd.

Ameliaranne has also visited and worked with schools in the Region as part of her work with McFall Fuel. The Sales Team wished her well for the upcoming Silver Ferns captaincy at the World Netball Cup in South Africa, pending selection of course.
