MCFALL FUEL COVID PROTOCOLS & PRACTICES

McFall Fuel are wanting to assure customers that they are doing everything possible to protect their businesses and their own Team from the likelihood of being Covid positive. What is apparent is that we all need to work through this challenging time again together. Like so many businesses around New Zealand the impact COVID has had, will have, and could have, sees the current situation needing to be taken extremely seriously. Therefore, McFall Fuel’s Covid Practices which form part of their Protocols, enable them to deliver efficiently and meet the needs of every customer on any given day. Customers are encouraged that if they have any Covid Protocols that need to be discussed or adhered to, it would be great to have these available at least 72 hours in advance.

McFall Fuel are extremely vigilant about the sanitisation requirements of their company vehicles and all heavy and light vehicles have been issued with fit for purpose cleaning kits plus all McFall Fuel employees have received five reusable masks to be worn as per the government expectations. All staff use the Covid Tracer app on their phones at every customer site visited where a QR Code is displayed. e-Road will also record every location vehicles’ visit to cover those places that do not have the QR Code displayed.

We have an in-cab solution that we have been using since the 2020 Covid outbreak which asks the driver health and wellbeing questions related to flu and respiratory symptoms and contacts within the last 14 days. These must be signed off every time that a driver enters a heavy vehicle at the start of the day. A negative answer will immediately stop the driver from continuing. Customers paperless delivery dockets are printed with a Covid 19 declaration and enhance their contactless approach. McFall Fuel is positive about their strong practices and controls which are in place so that they can get through the fuel, lubricant, and adblue deliveries each day without interruption to meet the needs of all their customers’.
